Select a specific email for a workflow in CRM online RRS feed

  • With CRM on premise I used to be select to select which exact email address from the customer I wanted to be used in my email workflow.  It appears now that I can only select the customer and then CRM will "decide" which email it thinks should be used.

    Am I correct?  is there a way around this?

  • CRM workflows will always use the primary e-mail address field when sending email messages to an account or contact. The way around it would be to develop a custom workflow activity that meets your specific requirements.
