Dynamics CRM 2013 SP1- Command bar buttons all are collapsed in "Action" drop down menu

  Hi,

  Here is another issue after installing SP1 for Dynamics CRM 2013. In all the entities, the command bar buttons are disappeared and I only have an "Action" drop down menu which the buttons are there. This SP1 is really frustrating.
