  • Hi!

Are you speaking about the navigation area of an entity, or in the sitemap (main menu of Dynamics CRM)?

If it's in the entity, go to  Settings -> Customizations, the entity you want, forms, main. Then, in the Select group in the Ribbon, click on Navigation. from there, go to the ribbon tab Insert and click on Navigation Link.

If it's on the site map, you will have to export the sitemap and edit the xml file.

  • Srini,

First of all I will request to mention Ms CRM version, that will help us to answer.

you can't put a button on left navigation section, when you will create a relationship in ms crm you will get associated link in left navigation.
