Backing up to external drive

One Care prompted me to configure back up to back up my files but when I inserted my USB drive for back up, it says that it is not supported and cannot perform an automatic back up. How can I fix this?

this mostly depends onthe size of the usb drive if it snot large enough fotrthe data it will not support this function
get a bigger usb drive
