Set Microsoft Words templates for all users

Hi

How do I set the words templates (Normal.dotm) for all user? At the moment, our office use the default template from Microsoft Office and we would like to change it to our own template. But instead of change it manually each user, is there any way we can set that all user log on to that machine will use this new template?
