OneDrive big problem: How to have the Cloud status when re-sign in on OneDrive? RRS feed

  • Question

  • ─ Step 1: Entering Email address for OneDrive
    ─ Step 2: Entering password
─ Step 3: Choosing OneDrive location in Hard Drive.
─ Step 4: Syncing (I choose to uncheck the check box because I don't want to download the files)

─ And Step 5: I click on OneDrive folder in Windows 10, and wait for updating, then the folder is EMPTY, that's because I chose to not download the files.

The problem: The files doesn't appear in File Explorer, they should appear and with the icon , but that's not the case, the folder is empty :( ... And that's the biggest problem, I sometimes create a new User Account to resseting settings of Apps for some reason then that makes me re-sign in on OneDrive. And I don't want to always download 4 GB of files everytime I do those, I want the cloud status .

Please help me, I don't know what to do. It's very important for me because I use OneDrive for backup in the cloud.

Please report this bug, thanks. I've downloaded and installed the latest version of OneDrive.
