OGA Validation Incomplete... still

Question
-
This is a continuation from my previous post: http://forums.microsoft.com/genuine/showpost.aspx?postid=3265663&siteid=25
I have reinstalled Office 2007, Publisher 2007 and recently purchased Outlook 2007 (for unrelated reasons). I am still receiving the same error message and it is understandably frustrating. I want to download the PDF/XPS plugin so that I don't need to rely on PrimoPDF.
I receive "Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007: Validation Cannot be Completed[0x80180112] "
Michelle, I ran the serious of tasks you suggested:
Thank you for supplying the diagnostic output. I have reviewed it and all of your Office products (and Windows) for that matter validate as genuine. Validation Incomplete is a lot different than being not genuine, which you are not. Validaiton incomplete is just telling you that validation could not be completed for some reason.
Can you try the following for me:
1) Go to our diagnostic site http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag/ and click Start Diagnostics.
2) Did everything pass? If not, what failed?
3) Go to http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/office/Validate.aspx this will validate Office.
4) What were the results?
If #1 and #3 were successful, can you please try to download the genuine gated content you tried to obtain today and see if this works?
Please let me know how things go and what the results of the troubleshooting is.
#1 passed without popup and #3 failed as before.
What else can I do?

mousematt,
Your issue appears to be outside the scope of the Genuine Advantage forum. In an attempt to assist I would like to provide the following information and steps for you to follow to attempt resolving this issue.
WINDOWS VISTA:
1) Click the START button.
2) Click ALL PROGRAMS.
3) Look at the list of your installed programs and find INTERNET EXPLORER.
4) Point the mouse cursor over top of INTERNET EXPLORER until it is highlighted and click the RIGHT-MOUSE button and choose “RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR” from the menu.
5) You will be prompted by a Windows Vista dialog box, and I want you to choose “ALLOW”. This will allow IE to start with administrator privileges.6) In the new Internet Explorer session, manually type or copy this URL http://www.microsoft.com/genuine (again, make sure it's the new instance of IE that opened as “Administrator”.
7) Once the /genuine web site loads in the new IE browser. Click the “VALIDATE OFFICE” button.Thursday, June 5, 2008 4:09 PM
