Dashboard Won't Open RRS feed

  • When i open the dashboard I try and open the dashboard it get two errors

    I've tried removing addins and almost everything I've read so far. It happened after the computer restarted.

  • Try RDP to your server and see if the Dashboard will open locally.

  • Out of nowhere, I am now having the same problem.  Dashboard will not open in RDP Either.  The splash screen comes up, but then nothing happens.  Here is the error from the event viewer.....

  • Hi,

    Regarding to this issue, please check dashboard log file if you can find some more clues. Meanwhile, please refer to the Sergey Vlasov’s suggestion in following similar thread and check machine certificates. Then please check if can help you.

    Dashboard not starting

  • Thanks for responding, and yes I had tried the other post and updated the certificates, but that didn't help. I was suspicious of a new addin that I installed, and I was on my way to post there to see if anyone else was having this problem......
