my ballon turn red and says urgent one care has encountered a promblem and might not be protecting this pc it says to resolve it go to help center how do i fix this?also i still have my subscription and im on windows vista
Before contacting support, check the computer date, time, and time zone by right clicking the clock in the system tray and selecting adjust date and time. make sure that the month, day, year, hours, minutes, and time zone are correct for your location. After correcting that, reboot the PC and this may resolve the problem.
