Hi! When I try to generate a report in CRM, I got following message about a problem.
"A problem occoured" Maybe my SQL Reporting Services Installation is not OK?
Hi, do you have the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Reporting Extensions installed? It is usually in the installation media under the Server\amd64\SrsDataConnector folder.
That needs to be installed in the SQL Reporting Services box if you have it installed on a separated box than the CRM Server. Do you also get an error when you open any of the exiting OOB reports?
You should be able to get more information about the problem from the reporting services log file, which will be in the following directory (assuming a default installation location, and the default SQL instance) on the Reporting Server:
1. Is your rdl working fine in preview mode of SSRS solution.
2. Did you check trace for the error. Sometimes, rdl requires some settings to be done on report manager. Can you paste the error details from trace (if exists)
