WGA problems

Question
-
HI, I bought a genuine product key for Win XP Pro SP2 through WGA, and got the key in an e-mail today. I installed it with no problems. Recently I had problems with other programm install (drivers uodating, etc...) and whe I restarted the machine, I needed to validate again the Windows XP. I push the OK button and I get a bluw sreen, totally hung.
I try to restart insafe mode with system symbol, and we I execute the KeyUpdateTool_spa.exe I get the message that cnnot be in safe mode
I`m in a loop...
When I got the key, no CD was sent to me later.
WHAT CAN I DO? I need help
Thanks to all

Bego,
You can borrow someone else's genuine full retail license CD, or wait until the WGA Kit comes in the mail.

Hello Bego,
I'm not completly sure what your problem is, but it appears that you need to Activate Windows. If you cannot successfully activate via the internet, then choose the alternative option to "activate by phone".
The Activation Wizard displays the toll free number that you can dial.
You can open the Windows Product Activation wizard by clicking Start, then Run, and type in "oobe/msoobe /a", then press the Enter key
How to activate Windows XP: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307890/en-us
If this does not resolve your issue, please describe (in more detail) your issue.
Thank you,
Darin Smith

the thing is that I can only connect with command prompt and when I try
to execute the program KeyUpdateTool, I can't. I cannot enter in an normal
way because I get a meesage like: you need to activate your Windows.... and
when I push OK, a blue window appears and stay there, blank, for agesWhen I got the key, I did the update already, months ago
