Alert notifications via email are not working RRS feed

  • Question

  • I can see a couple of new items in a Forum thread that I am subscribed to Alerts.

    Did not receive the Alerts.

    They have worked OK in the past.

    Can you please verify that email alerts are working correctly ?

  • It's been working Ok for me. When the service stops it get everybody. When it happens to a single user the setting is usually corrupt. I'd suggest you can Quick Access\My Settings\Configure alerts, uncheck, save, reconfigure alerts to clear out corruption.
