    I receive the following error when trying to log into Windows Live Messenger 2009: your contact list is not available right now, please try again later. Details show:  error code:80072efe

    I can log into Live Messenger from home just fine. But for some reason I am having this error at work now. My Live Mail works fine, just not Live Messenger.

    I have Vista Business.
    No Firewall is on.
    Was able to log into Live Messenger until approximately 1 week ago. Checked with my boss who uses it as well and he is able to login ok. I am not sure what else to check. I have uninstalled Live Messenger only. Rebooted and reinstalled Messenger. Next I am going to uninstall the entire Windows Live package and try reinstalling it.

    Any ideas?
