Lab 2913 Not Loading, no response from Support RRS feed

  • Question

  • The Lab for the course Course 2913: Creating Your First Microsoft® ASP.NET 2.0 Web Application
is not loading.  It simply hangs while trying to load.

I've sent an email to lrnmanager@microsoft.com requesting help, but I haven't received anything from them.

Is this a known issue?  I'm running Windows 7, IE 8.

  • I just received an email from Microsoft Learning Support stating that they're closing my support issue and that they were very happy they were able to resolve the issue. The problem is that they never contacted me about the lab hanging in Windows 7.

I've sent them an email to reopen this issue, but I'm growing concerned that I haven't heard from anyone regarding this issue.

Has anyone else had any problems loading the excercise labs in Windows 7?  Would going into XP mode resolve this issue?
