Email Router & Autodiscover RRS feed

  • We have CRM 2011 using Exchange Online through Office 365. For the incoming and outgoing profiles I configured "Use autodiscover" which sets the URL to http://. Using autodiscover I get the following error for each mail box:

    Incoming Status: Failure - Autodiscover could not find the Exchange WEb Services URL for the specified mailbox. Verify that the mailbox address and the credentials provided are correct and that Autodiscover is enabled and has been configured.

    For the outgoing I get
    Server: http:// (xxx@yyy.com)
    Outgoing Status: [Same message as above]

    Is there anything special I need to configure to enable autodiscovery? How can I get this to work?

  • what credentials are you using on the profile? are they an admin in O365? Also make sure you have the latest UR applied to the Router.
