  Hello,

  You have several possibilities:

  1. Using JavaScript create Multi Checkbox style - http://blog.slalom.com/2011/05/23/multi-select-option-sets-in-dynamics-crm/

  2. Create new Entity called Industry and after create N-N relationship between Company and Industry.
