Unhandled Exception when opening case resolution form RRS feed

  • When "Resolve Case" ribbon button is selected, a window opens that states an error has occurred. Upon checking the server log, the following message was found:

    Has anyone else experienced this issue, or know of a solution? I am running CRM 2011 rollup 13.
