    I have problem on to determine the window and Microsoft it genuine or pirate by see the WGA report.

    In sample case, which line to shown the window and Microsoft is genuine or pirate?

    If the window status shown like this;

    1) Validation Status: Validation Control not installed

    2) Validation Status: Genuine

    3) Validation Status: 0

    4)  Cached Online Validation Code: 0x0

    5) Validation Status: Invalid Product Key

    How to justify the window which one is genuine or pirate?

    If the Office status shown like this;

    1) Office Status: 100 Genuine 

    2) Office Status: 109 N/A

    How to justify the office which one is genuine or pirate?

  • You need to post the entire report.  There is a lot more information that is needed.

  • To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool
    (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
     Once saved, run the tool.
    Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
     To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.

    Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine (or inside the battery compartment), but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!
