Colouring rows in MS CRM Views

Question
-
Hi, My users are asking to be able to colour rows in the Accounts view, based on the data contained in one of the attribute.
Is there any way of doing this in CRM4? I have read it was unsupported in CRM3, is it still the case?
Suggestion of any add-ons or MS certified contact capable of developing custom code are welcome.
Thanks
