I just took the Microsoft Word 2010 EXPERT exam yesterday and PASSED! I was completely taken by surprise at the questions. I am a legal secretary, and there was nothing on this exam that I use in my present job. I think the problem
was the "wording" of the questions was very unclear. I had to skip about 4 questions just so that I could think about what they were asking. For example,
<removed NDA content>. I spent almost 3 months preparing for this exam, and I have to say that I was very much unprepared.
