Certificates and ADFS login through Office 365 portal RRS feed

  • Hi everyone,

    I'm having an issue that I'm struggling to find the cause of. The problem just started to happen for all users attempting to log in to Office 365 and authenticate using ADFS. When the username is entered and they're redirected to the ADFS web browser on their mobiles, a popup requests you to install a certificate for the ADFS connection on port 443.

    I've checked the cert and it's showing up as digitally signed on SSLchecker (digicert signed) and I've checked the firewall to ensure that traffic is leaving the network on 443. They all appear to be absolutely fine.

    Every user that uses a web browser so far is being hit with that prompt to install a certificate.
