Preventing marketing campaign spam RRS feed

  • Hi everyone,

     

    We're looking for a way to prevent customers from being "spammed" too many times from MS CRM marketing campaigns. Basically a way to exclude customers who have already been reached through our marketing campaigns within the last X weeks. For example if we have already sent them a direct mailer, MS CRM excludes email and telephone contact as well, and vice-versa. Can Advanced Find do something like this?
