Remove From My Forums

the virus "Trojan:Win32/Alureon!inf" is detected and cannot be removed

A message about Trojan:Win32/Alureon!inf keeps coming up on my screen and when i click "clean all" it tells me it is successfully removed. After a minute or so the same message will pop up again telling me that the same virus is detected. Does anyone have any suggestions on what i should do?

If you are using Windows Live OneCare and you have been infected, but OneCare did not detect or cannot remove the malware, please contact support to report this and for help with removal.
