Microsoft got problem ??? MCTS Certificate RRS feed

  • I have a question , I think Microsoft Website got problem because I could not order and also download my certificate... Please help me... :(

  • I just went into the site, and it seems to be operating correctly. I was able to download a certiicate without any trouble.

    Maybe if you give us more detailed information about what exactly you are doing and what is the precise error that you are seeing we may be able to give you more help.

  • Open Internet Explorer (For IE 8)
    From menu bar, select Tools=>Internet Options=>Advanced
    Click on "Restore Advanced Setting"
    Click on "Reset"
    Click on "Apply" & "OK"
    This will set your Internet Explorer to it's default setting.
    Also clean your cookies and and Temporary Internet Files.
    Try now to access the required website.

  • the problem is when I went to this page "https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/tools/WelcomeKitValidateAddress.aspx" then I clicked on the "Access the Certificate Manager tool to download or order your certificate(s)" after few seconds page redirected to the Home Page, I don't know what's the problem ,, help me ... :(( 

    it didn't show me any error message or something to let me know what's the problem...

  • I did it whatever you said... but still like that , it's redirecing to home page :(

    I don't know what I need to do,,,, :((

    is there any solution for this f..kin problem :(((((((

  • Is it happining for only this microsoft site or any other site is also redirecting?

    1- Try to optimize your Internet Explorer using the methods in following KB article.
    2- Use Fix it icon to run from Method 4

    I download that software and it fixs IE but still not working at all....
