After Re-Installing Norton, Windows is No Longer Genuine

Question
-
I had to reinstall my Norton Antivirus today and after installing it my OEM version of Windows 7 Home Premium which I've had for 5 years is no longer genuine. I tried just re-activating it but it says my Windows is not genuine and links me to where I can buy another Windows. Here is my diagnostic info:

I would uninstall Norton completely, then run the Norton Removal tool, before reinstalling with the new version of Norton.
Download the Norton Removal Tool from here https://www-secure.symantec.com/norton-support/jsp/help-solutions.jsp?lg=english&ct=united+states&docid=20080710133834EN&product=home&version=1&pvid=f-home
Close all other programs, then run the tool. When it's complete, reboot the machine whether it asks for it or not.
After the reboot, open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following command
NETSH WINSOCK RESET
You'll be advised to reboot - do so.
