Encounter problem in renewal of subscription to Onecare RRS feed

  • As I felt uncomfortable disclosing my credit card information online, I follow the recommendation in the Window Support Forum to purchase a new Window Live Onecare CD-Rom and use the product key displayed in the package as prepaid pin for the renewal.
     
    I proceed as recommended and the  page "billing & account management" showed updated and the new purchased date reflected as  01/31/2008 and the expiring date reflected as 02/01/2009. Despite I had renewed the Window Onecare the icon still show as amber requesting for action for renewal. As it will takes a day for updating, I ignored the amber sign.
     
    But till today, the icon still shows amber and requesting for renewal action, I click into the billing & account management page and the date had change it reflected new purchase date as 02/04/2007 and expiring date as 02/04/2008.
     
    I am puzzled and would be appreciative if you could advise.
