Problem with DMM

Question

Hi all,
While running the DMM I am getting the following error. '
Data Could not be retrieved from the database, please try again'
What could be the reason? It was installed and configured sucessfully.
Regards,
Rajsekhar.

Have you tried searching the internet for similar posts. Here's one: http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/crmdevelopment/thread/ceff1dca-c2bb-4833-aa3d-fe10c6695ce5
If you still need help please provide details of the environment and installation steps you have taken, otherwise it is tricky to help.

If you are having troubles with the DMM, here are my suggestions:
- Install the DMM on a 32-bit machine that is not the CRM Server
- Install using the option to use a local database and not connect directly to the CRM server
See this post for more information.
