Problem with DMM RRS feed

    Hi all,

    While running the DMM I am getting the following error. '

    Data Could not be retrieved from the database, please try again'

    What could be the reason? It was installed and configured sucessfully.

    If you are having troubles with the DMM, here are my suggestions:

    • Install the DMM on a 32-bit machine that is not the CRM Server
    • Install using the option to use a local database and not connect directly to the CRM server
