    HI All,

    I have created on custome entity in that form created 3 option set and one button after i seletcted values from option sets and click the button Ok, these sellected values need to update on subgrad as a record,

    some one provide me solution in javascript

    You should be able to do this using Iframes. You will have to create different Iframes and show hide them based on the selection of option set.
