Printer Permissions Troubleshooting

Where would I post a question about troubleshooting the permissions on a group of networked printers?

I have removed and reinstalled the drivers for a specific set of printers on a Windows Server 2003 Print Server and now only the Administrators group can print to these printers. I'll post more details about the setups and what I've done so far in the proper forum.
