  I have a new lenovo laptop bought just last Nov 23, 2012 (windows 8 )  It is okay using it till this December that some errors keep coming up everytime I log in and go to any website.  This keeps coming up:  your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart.  We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you.  If you'd like to know more, you can search online later for this error.  SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION

  Please help me solve the problem.  Thank you
