Cannot complete installation of Windows OneCare Live

Windows Live OneCare error message stating that the installation cannot be completed because of a problem connecting to the service.

Said that it cannot connect to the internet, but I am ON the net now.

Said to contact support which I am doing.

If IE isn't your default browser, set it to be the default. Also, in the IE connections settings, under LAN, make sure that "Automatically Detect..." is not checked.
