Visual Studio 2008 with Dynamics CRM

Hi i have been traying do a new aplication for to do calls how a call center, in visual studio, i just have my form or desing but i don´t know how to do the conection with crm, i would like to know if i need a special package o something like that. Somebody could help me please??

Iam lost :(

Hi,

your question is not clear to me, but I hope you want to connect to CRM through your applicaton.

for that you can use CRM API that comes with SDK or can use MS CRM webservices to connect to CRM.

I will suggest you to download latest SDK
