Enabling Field Security Profiles on System User Fields RRS feed

  • Hello,

    We would like to give team security access to modify some System User fields such as first/last name, Primary Team and Title.

    However I noticed that the 'Enable Field Security' button is greyed out on all of the System User fields as screenshot. So we can't set it to 'Enable'.

    Is there a way to enable field security on the System User entity or this is not supported as designed?

  • Which version of CRM are you using?

    Support for Field security on (most) out of the box (system) fields was added in CRM 2015. In earlier versions, it was only available for custom fields.
