    I am dumping Symantec because it’s too difficult to get tech support on the phone.

     

    I am considering Windows Live One Care but I don’t buy anything that doesn’t have 800 phone support.

     

    Can someone tell me if One Care has this?

    Not in the UK - you will need to go to the Microsoft support website for your country and look there.

    I have One Care now - got it free with new computer - could not get it installed for 7 months, finally found phone support - now want to renew, but am unable to find phone support for One Care - help sites keep sending me in circles. So, good by One Care

    Hello JMDraft

    I am using windows Live One care in USA and never I needed to call Microsoft. it is the best service i have taken for antivirus and all other anti's. however call 800microsoft they are always there.
