Sharing a View doesn't "take" when using the sharing dialog RRS feed

  • This one has me stymied.

    My client is trying to share a View. 

    • Advanced Find
    • Saved Views - click on the View to share (highlight the row)
    • Share

    So far so good. The screen shows "This record is not shared."

    Click Add User/Team and choose a user. Make sure the name is on the bottom under "Selected Records."

    

    Click OK.

    This SHOULD add "CRM Admin" to the underlying screen. Instead I see:

    

    Basically, the sharing didn't take.

    This works with the same user in other browsers (so it's not a permissions thing) and I am not able to recreate it with any other users. I had a colleague look over my shoulder to make sure this isn't a brain freeze. No jScript errors were thrown and there's nothing in the event log. Nothing online that I can find, either.

    This is CRM 2011 on premise, Rollup 14, IE 11 (11.0.9600.17501) on Win 7.

  • Refer this . I think it's a defect of IE version. you can either upgrade or downgrade youe IE version and check if the issue persists.
