  • Hello Dan,

I see a number of problem in your Diagnostic Report:

    1) You are using Windows XP Media Center, but the Diagnostic shows the License Type at Retail. Windows XP Media Center is not sold Retail (i.e. you will not find a Windows XP Media Center retail box at any retailer). This made me take a look at the product key used to install that Windows XP.

    2) If you do a search of the internet for the last 15 digits of the product key, listed in your Diagnostic Report, you will see over 10 pages of sites that list this key.

    3) The Product Key used to install your Windows XP was KeyGen'ed which means it was not created by Microsoft and is not a valid Product Key.

    4) The Product Key used to install your Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 is a Volume Licence Key that has been Blocked by Microsoft because it has been leaked to the internet.

Please contact the person or company that sold you these Windows and Office programs and demand the Genuine Microsoft software, that you paid for. Or at least a Refund.  I also encourage you to submit a Piracy Report http://microsoft.com/piracy against that person or company.

    Thank you,

    Darin Smith
