Outlook Error Message

  After downloading Internet Explorer 8, I am getting this error message on Outlook, although other messages are being sent and received.
    
      "Task 'RSS Feeds' reported error (OxF17C0008). Synchronisation to RSS Feed http://g.msn.com/1me 101E8ENGB/519 has failed. Outlook cannot download the RSS content from (as before) because of a problem connecting to the server.  There are three of these messages altogether.
  
  I shall be grateful if someone can explain this to me. It seems to more of a nuisance than anything else at the moment. Must admit I do not understand what RSS Feed means.
