  • The following should help:
    1. In Outlook, choose Options from the CRM Menu
    2. Click on the Address Book tab:

    3. Select "Match all contacts in Microsoft Dynamics CRM" and "Match all items in Microsoft Dynamics CRM"
    4. Click OK
    5. Synchronize with CRM by choose "Synchronize with CRM" from the CRM menu
    6. Return to CRM Address book. You should now see entries there.

  • Hi Varun

Suggest you to have a look at eh below link

This sounds like a good suggestion for the Microsoft Connect site:

"select a Marketing list from the Outlook address book drop down (Compose email -> press the To button -> press the addressbook drop down and select Marketing List among all the other CRM Address Book Options (e.g CRM Account, CRM Contacts, CRM Queues)."

I am not aware of a way to currently create a "new" CRM address distribution list in Outlook.  If you have a good Exchange Admin, you could ask them if they have any suggestions to automate the manual portion of your process or look into Leon's suggestion as you can add attachments to workflow e-mails.
