Paid for Renewal and My Status has not Changed RRS feed

    Hi. I paid for a one year renewal today and the program still says that my OneCare will expire next month.  How long does it take to recognize the payment?  Also, I did not receive a confirmation in my email box.

  • Actually it should recognize your payment automatically, or until your next reboot of the computer.

    Check your account summary or information. Verify if your renewal has been accepted or was successfull.

  • It can take up to 24 hours for the subscription status to be updated in OneCare.

    If after 24 hours, your subscription is correctly shown at the Billing site, but incorrect in OneCare and your PC date and time are correct, please contact support.
