Ex470 (UK) - which Processor for CPU upgrade?

  Hi, can anyone advise which AMD processor I can buy today (Nov/Dec 2009) to upgrade my EX470 (UK) ?
  
  I've searched but the AMD processors they recommend are not now available and its unclear which newer processors are still compatible?
