CRM 2013 SP1 UR1 - Parent and child cases

Question

We have CRM 2013 SP1 UR1 installed (6.1.1.132) on premise.
I do not see Service Management under Settings, and there is no option on a case to create a child case.
Is there something I need to do in order to see these?

Do you see them when you are logged in as administrator?

The version should be 6.1.0.581

I think something has somehow been lost from the Site Map!
Under Settings I have a Business group and a System group before the Customizations group. Should there be a sub-area in one of these two for Service Management?
Can anyone send me the section of xml that should be in there please?

Did you install product updates? Go to Settings/Administration/Install Product Updates. After installing, you will see Service Management appropriately.
