CRM 2013 SP1 UR1 - Parent and child cases RRS feed

  • We have CRM 2013 SP1 UR1 installed ( on premise.

    I do not see Service Management under Settings, and there is no option on a case to create a child case.

    Is there something I need to do in order to see these?

  • That version number is for SP1. We are on SP1 Update rollup 1.

  • I think something has somehow been lost from the Site Map!

    Under Settings I have a Business group and a System group before the Customizations group. Should there be a sub-area in one of these two for Service Management?

    Can anyone send me the section of xml that should be in there please?

  • Did you install product updates?  Go to Settings/Administration/Install Product Updates.  After installing, you will see Service Management appropriately.
