Yes you are right that Everything should be automated,
The logic behind disabling CRM Organization is that, possibility exist that in future you may want to enable this org again for your customer.
One other thing though you delete your org form CRM deployment manager, the database still there and you will delete it from SQL manually..........
If this (Deletion) facility is not available in HMC, you should develop custom application for achieving deletion option.

Hi John,
You want to delete CRM org Just from HMC 4.5 or Vanish it from CRM Server?
Thanks

both
as when i delete it from HMC 4.5 , it delete the OU but keeps the CRM org disabled and also keep its DB
so i need to automate the deleteation of CRM org from crm and its CRM SQL DB

You can't delete CRM org directly..
first step is to disable it and then you will be able to delete !
check is this option is available in HMC 4.5 panel, first disable and then delete...........

which other options are available in HMC 4.5 for CRM ? can you disable CRM org using HMC.
if not i think you should develop an automated end-to-ent provisioning system in c# with the help of CRM sdk for achiving this......... otherewise do some mannual work and go ahead delete org from crm server, database (orgname_MSCRM) from SQL Server and reports from report server.

yes , we can disable a CRM org , and then delete from AD...........the result : deleted from AD but still disabled in crm deployment manager and SQL
we need to automate this issue , so i can't do it manual as this is a hosted enviroment and everything should be automated

We are not aware of a way to accomplish the task. If you do not have a delete option available then you will need to use the SDK to develop the customization required.
