What happened to the backgound in Windows Live Messenger 11

  There use to be some cool backgrounds on Messenger ( like the Koi that swam around while you chatted)  and now with the new version of messenger 11 they either removed the backgrounds or I am unable to find them. If someone knows where I am missing them please let me know I would like them back. It was a cool feature and they didn't ask me if they could remove it.
