windows 8.1 unattended installation

I installed windows 8.1 enterprise by creating unattended file in ADK, but my new virtual machine had the following errors

1. windows asked my for Language

2. was not joined to domain

could log in only with local user.

I configured it to join domain, and also set the languages.
