  When I logged on to my pc this morning, my WLOC was red, firewall was turned off. Tried to turn it on, and it just froze. So, having had issues with my laptop as well, I tried the ininstall and reinstall, as well as the clean up tool. No fix. The clean up just wiped WLOC completely off of my pc. But now when I reinstall, it just tells me that my subscription is out of date. Yet when I log on to my laptop and check it, my subscription shows that it is good until May of 2009, which would be correct as I just renewed it last month. HELP!! Thought most of the bugs were worked out of WLOC, and now I am having worse problems than before.
