Cannot download AutoCollage 2008

  I just purchased AutoCollage 2008.  When I click download, I get a message that says "We were unable to locate the file to download".  I have called tech support and been transfered several times and did the online chat.  No one has an answer.  I have done a search online for the download from other sites but they all take me back to the origional site.  I cannot post the link bc this forum won't let me post a link or image

  Please help!
