Unfortunately, you'll now have to perform a new "clean install" of Windows 7. But first, take a look at this post.

I don't understand why this is happening though. If I do a fresh install how do I know I'm not going to have the same problem again? I didn't install any multilingual language packs to begin with.Monday, August 21, 2017 10:41 PM

Your Windows 7 Home Edition system files have been adversely tampered with. At some point, someone may have attempted to install a language pack which you can't do in Windows 7 Home edition. Those altered Windows system files are the reason why your PC was flagged as "non-genuine". If you have a genuine Windows 7 Home Premium DVD, the problem will not be repeated.
