Cannot Sync CRM Contacts to Outlook 2010 RRS feed

  • Hey all,

    I am having big trouble Syncing contacts from CRM2011 (on premise) to Outlook.  We have upgraded from CRM4 to 2011. I have installed all the latest rollups.  The issue is we had fields and local groups configured to sync certain contacts.  I am unable to save any outlook filters within outlook.  When I create and save them and close the dialog box the filters refresh however the one I just saved is not appearing.  No contacts are syncing.

    Appreciate any help anyone can offer.

  • HI Ashman_Macro,

                                 When you try to synch CRM with outlook can you get the event viewer details in server that are being shown so that we can trace and investigate further on this issue? To check the event viewer you need to do the following steps Start -- Administrative tools -- Event Viewer -- Expand the windows logs and open the Application folder and check out the error that is being shown related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Let me know if this makes sense and kindly let me know if you have any issues.
