Printing error

Question
-
Hi,
I am facing a problem with printing SSRS reports from CRM on the client machines (i can print from the server).
Each time i try to print a report, i get prompted for ActiveX installation, i install it then I get the error "Unable to load client print control".
I already uninstalled the security updates KB956803 and KB956391 and i also installed the Report Viewer SP1 but still i get the error.
What more can be done?
Thanks in advanceTuesday, September 15, 2009 7:38 AM

hi Micheal,
Thank you for your reply but i already tried this solution and it didn't work.
Any other solutions?Tuesday, September 15, 2009 9:44 AM -
Please start the IE as administrator on the client machine and print a report. Will it work, when you start the IE with administrator mode?
