Can't be certain but I very much doubt it. The site and pricing looks very similar to a dodgy site we came across recently (that we discovered had loads of variants across different countries).
In particular you'll see they're selling various Adobe apps including CS suite, however those haven't been available anywhere for legitimate purchase in ages since Adobe switched to a subscription model.
Where we saw it, a client had purchased a licence for an Adobe app, they received a licence key (which worked), and were directed to Adobe's download page (intended for if you've lost your media) to download the software. It worked fine, but when we checked
with Adobe they confirmed that it was a volume licence registered to another company, so wasn't for resale and as such our client were not legitimately licensed. It's also worth noting that during the purchase process our client managed to get the machine
used infested with several bits of malware/Trojans, presumably from the website.
